These terms define the commercial conditions governing the relationship between users and Diego Carmona Vallinot, and are binding from the moment any financial transaction is carried out on this website.

Prices and taxes
Course access prices are always available on diegocarmona.com on the information page of each course.
I reserve the right to update prices on the website itself, so we recommend refreshing the page before purchasing any service.
In accordance with Spanish Law 37/1992 of 28 December governing Value Added Tax and European Directive 2008/8/EC, the transaction may be exempt from or not subject to VAT depending on the buyer’s country of residence and the capacity in which they act (business/professional or private individual). Consequently, in some cases the final price of the order may differ from the price displayed on the website.
The price of the courses, training programmes and digital products sold by diegocarmona.com includes Spanish VAT. However, the final price of your order may vary depending on the VAT rate applicable to it. For orders destined for other European Union countries, Spanish VAT will be deducted and the VAT rate of the country of destination will be applied. Purchase process for courses, training programmes and services
The purchase platform is diegocarmona.com. To begin the purchase process for any course, training programme or service on diegocarmona.com, you must go to the sales area and sign up using the “register” button.
You will need to complete the information requested in order to purchase the course you have selected.
You will know your registration has been completed when you receive an email confirming the purchase.
Once the purchase process is complete and has been accepted by diegocarmona.com, the user password you have chosen will be validated by email.
As a user, you acknowledge that the identification number and/or passwords you have set for access to those courses are personal and non-transferable, and that you are solely responsible for any consequences arising from their misuse, disclosure or loss.
In the event of a breach of this prohibition, the customer shall be solely liable for the acts carried out by any natural or legal person making unauthorised use of the user identifier.
Once payment for the purchased courses has been made, Diego Carmona Vallinot, as owner of the domain “diegocarmona.com”, grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable licence for online access (via web browser) to the platform and to the training courses purchased and made available.
Delivery of courses and programmes
Once registered in the course area, you will have access to all the material included in each course, whether text, video, downloadable files, software, etc.
Diego Carmona Vallinot also reserves the right to deny access to purchased courses to any participant whose behaviour affects the normal running of the class or who carries out activities breaching the code of conduct, such as:
Buyer’s rights: refunds and withdrawal
Withdrawal is the right of a consumer to return a product within a legally established period, without having to give any reason or explanation and without incurring any penalty.
As a customer, you have a 14 calendar day withdrawal period from the date of purchase, by notifying Diego Carmona Vallinot within that period, by any legally admissible means, of your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Withdrawal
For digital content products, the withdrawal period lapses as soon as the access credentials for the digital content are used.
For training products, the customer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of purchasing the service, except where they have used their access credentials to the course content. This is in accordance with Article 103 of Spanish Law 3/2014 of 27 March, amending the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
You expressly request that access to the digital content begin immediately upon purchase, and you acknowledge that by using your access credentials you lose your right of withdrawal.

Users may submit complaints, return requests or withdrawal notices by sending an email to diego<at>diegocarmona.com stating their full name, the product purchased and the reasons for the complaint.
Confidentiality
All information and documentation used during the contracting, development and performance of the contractual conditions governing the relationship between Diego Carmona Vallinot and the customer is confidential. Information shall not be considered confidential where it is disclosed by agreement between the parties, where it becomes public for that same reason, where it must be disclosed in accordance with the law or by a court order from a competent authority, or where it is obtained by a third party not bound by any confidentiality obligation. Both parties undertake to comply with the duty of confidentiality and to maintain it for a minimum period of two (2) years after the end of the aforementioned contractual conditions governing the relationship between Diego Carmona Vallinot and the customer.
All information received from the customer, whether images, text, access credentials such as usernames and passwords, hosting details or otherwise, will be treated confidentially. Transfer to third parties is strictly prohibited unless we have the customer’s consent and always for the same purpose for which the data was obtained.
Exclusion of liability
diegocarmona.com does not guarantee that availability of the service covered by this contract will be continuous and uninterrupted, nor does it accept liability for the loss of data hosted on its servers, for the interruption of commercial activities, or for any damage arising from the operation of the services or from expectations formed by the customer, as a result of:
The customer therefore accepts, within reasonable limits, that such circumstances may occur, and expressly waives any claim against Diego Carmona Vallinot for contractual or non-contractual liability for possible failures, errors or use of the purchased service.
Diego Carmona Vallinot shall under no circumstances be liable for errors or damages caused by inefficient or bad-faith use of the service by the customer. Nor shall Diego Carmona Vallinot be liable for any consequences, major or minor, resulting from a lack of communication between Diego Carmona Vallinot and the customer where this is attributable to the failure of the email address provided or to the falsity of the data supplied by the customer when registering as a user of diegocarmona.com.
Grounds for termination of the contract
The services contract may be terminated at any time by either party.
You are not bound by any minimum commitment period with diegocarmona.com if you are not satisfied with our service.
diegocarmona.com may terminate or suspend any and all services contracted with diegocarmona.com immediately, without notice or liability, should you fail to comply with the conditions set out here.
On termination of the contract, your right to use the services shall cease immediately.
The following shall constitute grounds for termination of the contract:

EU consumer legislation
Users resident in the European Union may address any complaint directly to diego@diegocarmona.com. Complaints will be handled in accordance with applicable Spanish and EU consumer protection legislation. Where applicable, users may also turn to the competent consumer authorities or to an accredited alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body in their country of residence.
Jurisdiction and applicable law
For the resolution of any dispute that may arise from access to or use of this website, Diego Carmona Vallinot and the user shall be governed by Spanish law and shall submit to the courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid, Spain.
